To redeem pre-order items for Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water, players will need to first go to the steam page and add any free DLC available to their library. 

Start by heading the Steam store page, for example, the exclusive Ryza Yuri outfit. 

If you want to add this pre-order outfit to your account, you need to scroll down and click add or download. Once added, players can equip the item by finding the costume option in-game.

Players can access the costume option by clicking load game after completing the first episode and the prelude in Fatal Frame.

After this point, players can change costumes by pressing Y while in the load menu screen.

Also, if you just added any pre-order or DLC items, the game will give you a pop-up telling you those items are now available and can be equipped freely. To equip one of these items, scroll down in the costume menu and press A on the item. Doing so will change either your outfit or accessory.

For non-DLC or pre-order items, you will need to first earn points by snapping pictures with your ghost camera before you can equip and buy them. We recommend Capturing pictures of ghosts, as it is the best way to earn points.
