Best Demon Hunter Decks for Hearthstone (June 2022)

May 2023 · 5 minute read

Hearthstone is popular deck-building game by Blizzard where players must put together the strongest decks possible to defeat their opponent. It's also a game of strategy, intuition, and luck. You can never guarantee you'll win a match, but you can certainly improve your chances.

If you lean towards using Demon Hunter decks, you'll find that the decks listed below perform very well. These are the highest rated Demon Hunter decks for the most recent expansion (Fractured in Alterac Valley), according to the meta.

Best Standard Demon Hunter Decks

If you pay attention to the meta in Hearthstone, you eventually notice that there are many types of deck strategies, and they're all usually represented by the name. For example, a deck with the title Aggro Demon Hunter would mean it's an aggressive deck specifically for the Demon Hunter class.

As you become familiar with the strategy of each deck, you can eventually use the titles to determine which deck you will be best for you. Keep this in mind when choosing which of the best Demon Hunter decks you'd like to use!

Combo Fel Demon Hunter

Fel decks usually focus keeping cards cheap to either heal yourself or hurt the enemy in small amounts. This doesn't happen by having cheap cards specifically, but by using spells that lower the cost of abilities while also providing benefits. When these Fel spells work in tandem with each other and the rest of your deck, you end up with plenty of options in the early game, and a cheap way to play several buffs in one turn in the late game.

The variants of this deck only change one or two cards. Here are the top three options.

Combo Brute Questline Demon Hunter

Brute Quest decks revolve around keeping your hand full through drawing cards. The most recent builds focus on this tactic with Outcast, which gives the player special advantages if the card is on the very left or very right side of their hand. Each draw puts the card all the way to the right, so with ample Outcast cards in a draw deck, it makes it easy to slam multiple special abilities in a row. The majority of these cards are cheap. This deck is ideal for keeping your hand and battlefield full.

Best Wild Demon Hunter Decks

Wild can be a bit difficult to predict, so here's a look at some decks that have been successful on the Wild ladder. You will find that the meta of Wild doesn't fluctuate as much as Standard does when a new expansion is released. This generally only happens if one Standard deck in particular is very dominant. Normally, you will notice that just the most powerful cards out of the set find their way into decks.

Wild Odd Demon Hunter Deck

Not much from Scholomance was required to keep this deck powerful. It looks like Magehunter is the only real current addition from the expansion in the list. The hero power gets you an additional attack power, so you can punch your opponent or take down minions more easily.

Demon Hunter Neutral 2x - Battlefiend 2x - Beaming Sidekick 2x - Consume Magic 2x - Lowly Squire 2x - Crimson Sigil Runner 2x - Hench-Clan Thug 2x - Mana Burn 1x - Leeroy Jenkins 2x - Twin Slice 1x - Loatheb 2x - Aldrachi Warblades 1x - Baku the Mooneater 2x - Eye Beam 2x - Magehunter 2x - Satyr Overseer 2x - Glaivebound Adept 1x - Metamorphosis
