Final Fantasy XIV's Endwalker expansion brings improvements for each of the game's combat classes. The increased level cap affords every job a new set of skills that they can use on the battlefield, including the Shadowbringer, themself, the Dark Knight.

New Abilities, Traits, and Weaponskills
- Ability: Oblation (Level 82)
- Effect: Reduces damage taken by a party member or self by 10%.
- Maximum Charges: 2
- Effect: Reduces damage taken by a party member or self by 10%.
- Trait: Enhanced Unmend (Level 84)
- Effect: Reduces recast time of Plunge by 5 seconds when executing Unmend on most targets.
- Trait: Melee Mastery (Level 84)
- Effect: Increases the potency of Hard Slash to 170, Syphon Strike to 120, and Souleater to 120.
- Ability: Salt and Darkness (Level 86)
- Effect: All enemies standing in the corrupted patch of Salted Earth take additional unaspected damage with a potency of 500 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies.
- Trait: Enhanced Living Shadow (Level 88)
- Effect: Increases the potency of attacks dealt by your simulacrum to 300.
- Trait: Enhanced Living Shadow II (Level 90)
- Effect: Upgrades Flood of Shadow executed by your simulacrum to Shadowbringer, which delivers an attack to all enemies in a straight line before it with a potency of 450 for the first enemy, and 25% less for all remaining enemies.
- Ability: Shadowbringer (Level 90)
- Effect: Deals unaspected damage to all enemies in a straight line before you with a potency of 600 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies. Can only be executed while under the effect of Darkside.
- Maximum Charges: 2
- Effect: Deals unaspected damage to all enemies in a straight line before you with a potency of 600 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies. Can only be executed while under the effect of Darkside.
